Orange Town is a town raided by the Buggy Pirate crew, and where Buggy is located. The checkpoint is on top of the main building in the middle with the buggy-ball cannon.
It's not recommended for a boat to go to the middle of the dock, as the notorious Buggy-Ball does 1000+ damage.
Blocking the Buggy-Ball with Gum-Gum Balloon will cause 300+ damage.
