The Plume-Plume Devil Fruit is found randomly under any trees In-Game. It is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into smoke at will.
Abilities
White Fist [ Melee Level 15 ]
White Fist
This ability shoots arms forward causing a small amount of damage. Can be charged to increase the damage done at the cost of more stamina. You can alter the direction of the attack in mid flight by moving your mouse while in first person.
(Known to miss the second time if you spam).
White Spark [ Melee Level 25 ]
White Spark
This ability allows you to travel for 10 seconds and has an estimated 4-second cooldown before you can use it again. You can damage enemies with this move by hitting them with your torso. ( Spammers will abuse this )
White Vanish [ Melee Level 35 ]
White Vanish
This ability allows its user to turn his/her whole body into smoke and teleport 10 studs away in the direction where the user's mouse is pointed at. While the move is meant to be used for escaping dangerous situations, various Plume-Plume users prefer "White Spark" for both escaping and transporting from one place to another.
White Out [ Melee Level 45 ]
White Out
This ability allows the user to shoot both of his/her hands forward ( LIKE WHITE FIST ) and once it has contacted an entity it will begin to make rapid smoke everywhere causing repeated damage over time to the victim. This attack is currently the most powerful in terms of damage for Plume-Plume users. Can be charged to increase the damage done at the cost of more stamina. As with White Fist you can also alter the direction of the attack in mid flight by moving your mouse while in first person.
White Hammer [ Melee Level 55 ]
White Hammer!
This ability allows the user to transform his/her left and right arms into a long hammer. After charging, you start to engage by swinging the "White Hammer" over your head hitting the ground causing AoE damage. Can be charged to increase the damage done at the cost of more stamina. ( Huge weakness is that it takes some time, and you have to have a good far range from your opponent, not something you'd use in a close combat fight )

Although this Devil Fruit turns you into smoke and grants you immunity to most attacks you ironically enough can still be stunned by smoke Ammo.
